Bheru's Services also include interactive sections such as Discussion Forums, Classifieds, Articles and specific discussions with experts on topics such as Cooking, Movies, immigration etc. that provide a medium of interaction and communication between various users to share and exchange their opinions on a wide variety of topics.

Return Policy & Delivery
All sales/purchases are Final. Tickets purchased cannot be returned. We wont mail the tickets. You just need to take the print out copy to the event.
Refund Policy
Tickets/Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of event cancellation, event organizer will take care of refunds.
Cancellation Policy
If event is cancelled, event organizer will take care of refunds.
Advertisements
You understand and agree that the Services may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Bheru to provide the Services.
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Bheru shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Services.
E-Mail Privacy
Your email address is safe and secure. We do not rent, lease or sell your email address to anybody.
Tracking your IP address
We track your IP address for legal reasons. By using the FREE ads feature you agree to it. We will share it with law enforcement agencies if required to do so.
Forums
All the content on the forums are posted by the users. May contain links to external sites on the internet for movies, TV shows, cricket. We aggregate links from popular resources on the internet. You understand that Bheru acts as a venue to offer, sell, and buy goods and services. We are not involved in the actual transaction between a buyer and a seller. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services advertised in the classifieds, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of a seller to sell or of a buyer to buy. We cannot ensure that the buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. You agree that Bheru shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such classifieds on Bheru.
You may place classifieds that are not illegal, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content of any classified that you place; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Bheru for all claims resulting from content you supply. Applicable Law
By visiting Bheru, you agree that the laws of the Ranga reddy district court Hyd,India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and as applied to agreements made and fully performed in Hyderabad, India, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bheru.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to bheru.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ranga reddy district court (Hyd,India), except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bheru's intellectual property rights, Bheru may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the Ranga reddy district court (Hyd,India), and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under these Terms shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Indian Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Severability
If any of the conditions of these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
